Create and Cultivate Los Angeles 2020 – My Takeaways

In January I began planning what to do for my 35th birthday. A trip out of the country was not in the budget, and as I started brainstorming I realized the Create & Cultivate Conference was in LA the weekend of my birthday. The flight price was right, I had somewhere to stay, and would have time to hang with one of my best friends, it all just seemed meant to be. I attended Create & Cultivate solo, which was a major step out of my comfort zone, but I was ready to grow and glow.

DIY Spotted Wall – Cheaper Than Wallpaper!

DIY Spotted Wall – Cheaper Than Wallpaper!

During the quarantine, I’ve spent more time at home than ever before. As I sat in my second bedroom/office, I decided it was time to spruce up my at-home workspace. Now that I’ve blogged about every part of my trip, I’ve created a travel agenda outlining my travel days and tours. I hope this is a helpful resource if you are planning a trip to Europe in the near future!

Last Day in Italy – Pisa and Florence

Last Day in Italy – Pisa and Florence

On the last day in Italy, we spent it exploring Florence and Pisa. When we rearranged our travel agenda, we ended up canceling our Venice tour and in place, booked the Taste of Testaccio Food Tour (read more here), and a day tour to Florence and Pisa. In the end, I’m glad we booked this tour so I could see more of Italy, I’ll just have to rebook a Venice tour when I go back to Italy.
