A Red Lip
If you haven’t found a favorite red lip, here are my top 2!
- Cruella by NARS (Velvet Matte Lip Pencil) – I first learned about Cruella as a free sample with my Sephora birthday gift. It was the cutest sample but was gone within months. I just had a discussion about this lip color with my cousin after we both heard it was out of stock but to our surprise…Sephora had it back! So of course, I have restocked my Cruella.
- Sephora Always Red (Cream Lip Stain Liquid Lipstick). I’ve had my same tube of lip stain for at least 3 years. I’ve always preferred a matte lip, just because it stays through thick and thin (even chicken wings lol).
Sequin Pants
I searched high and low for these pants for NYE 2016. After endless searching, failed online orders, out of stock items, and returns, I finally found my dream pair from Express (now out of stock, but here is a similar pair).
Beyoncé
I am a proud member of the Beyhive, and concert go-er of 7 concerts. In my opinion, Beyoncé is the best, no question, no debate. First two photos are from the Formation World Tour and third photo from OTR II.
Tattoos
Everyone always says tattoos are addicting, and I agree. I have a total of 7 tattoos and considering an 8th. The first pic is of my 6th tattoo, with a deeper meaning of “Let your faith be bigger than your fear.” The next picture is my 7th tattoo, which I got with my Mom and Sister at Have Fun Be Lucky in Hampden.
Louis Vuitton Speedy 35
I wanted my Speedy 35 (Damier Ebene) bag for years and I finally bought my first Louis Vuitton February 2015. During my college days as a student (unable to afford one), I tried a couple of knockoffs which never lasted more than a few months. So for my 26th birthday, I decided I was finally getting my bag. I walked into the Louis Vuitton store, knew exactly what I wanted, and walked out with Lou (yes I named my bag). I’ve loved Lou ever since and even added a Neverfull GM to my collection.
Fall
Fall is my favorite season of the year!!! It’s the perfect amount of crisp in the air, just enough for a light bomber jacket or blazer and a scarf. Break out the boots (and booties), dark nails, dark lip colors, and (for some) a pumpkin spice latte, but I’m not a fan. Instead, I’ll enjoy a few pumpkin munchkins.
